Boardwalk Empire - Al Capone makes a statement
The ticking clock tells you all you need to know.
absolutely no one could have played Al Capone like he did
these clips have more views than the actual show 😂
One of my favorite scenes in any show
Next time just get the pastry box dude
An admission of arrogance and self inviting to a game where there is no margin for error is definitely in itself a reserved invitation to meet your maker. 🧐 One can call this pure bravery to believe in the contrary or just pure stupidity for not foreseeing otherwise 🤨
Holy shit
Try not to get “Joe Millered” today… 😮
Ha
"Tonight's my night!" Yea, it sure was buddy.
i spoke to Al capone today!
If only my boss cared about me this much.
Fun Fact: my grandfather was a "bull cook" in the bush in Canada (Lake of the Woods, Ontario) and the Chicago outfit would send anyone HOT up to Canada to fish/hunt for a few months until things cooled off. No phone, no lights, no motor car, not a single luxury....but unlimited hunting and fishing.
From the Sopranos to Boardwalk some of the best choreographed fight scenes in TV history. Always extremely realistic
This is making me tear up
Hey O'Banion. Why don't you pick on somebody your own size?
"Tonight is mine" Sure it is.
doors and corners, that's where they get you
two random guys just acting like NPCs in your store late at night, a third one walks in out of nowhere and just starts talking to you right away, and he didnt find any of this suspicious considering his line of business??
Everyone’s a gangster until a real gangster walks in.
The eternal bias against the Irish from lowlife people of any race
0:55 Yeah, we can ask that question to so many people these days,.. hehe >:3 I love my freedom of speech & the right to bear necessities 🐻 🇺🇸
I find it hilarious that IMMEDATIELY after this, O'Banion gets kileld off. From being ready to kill his employee and trying to intimidate him to learn that he isn't the biggest fish in the pond and being intimidated right back by said employee only to be whacked the very next moment by the italians, is darkly hilarious.
Is it just me, or was the guy rubbing the glass as if he was horny? The scene after the beating. God have mercy on their souls!
He still had his envelope. 💪
3:50 is one of the most gangster lines in tv history
What florist shop is open at night ? ( excepting the big holidays )
Everyone trying to figure out what exactly Roland said that got him killed, nucky was always going to kill him to send a message to Owen.
2:39 Tonight was in fact, not his night
one of the best things to happen in this series. that woman was a monster
This scene seems way longer when you see it the first time.
“You can get much further with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone” Al Capone.
Guy makes his living in part with protection rackets, which is literally bullying shopkeepers into paying so they don't get hurt, the adult version of taking someone's lunch money, and still the Internet "He hated bullies" like because of his son he had some moral code about bullying I'd think the truth was a lot closer to his pride and someone thinking they could mock his man in public like they were nothing to be afraid of.
2:52 "Threaten me to my face, will ya? You don't look so tough down there right now..."
frankie, doing the old guinea two step.
Those first sixty seconds reminded me of every time I've met a complete contrarian. Someone dead set on stopping the flow of conversation or friendly banter. Some of them take douchebaggery to a whole new level.
Jesus Christ. I haven’t seen someone getting beaten to death like that in a movie since Steven Segal Killed Richie in out for justice.

They ain't Jersey. You can tell by the way they said water
Ziggy from The Wire was a wannabe mobster, too?!
Joe Miller: *beats the shit out of one of Al Capone’s men* Al Capone: you’re not that guy, pal. Trust me, you’re not that guy!
I love The Sopranos, but not a single death in that series had me feeling the way this one here did.
it's not like he didn't deserve it
Al didn't wait to hear the details, he heard "he made fun of me" and he was out the door
geez this guy had it coming lol
This shit always make me laugh 😆 Love how Eddie uses an Insult to refer to Nucky for him getting strong armed into compliance.
"My Buddy" "My buddy"... Your buddy misses you 😢
That was one of the best tv Beat downs ever
I think in real life he walked into the bar and said something like "why did you have to do that to him?", the Irish guy told him off and Al Capone shot him to death. It's what I read somewhere.
opens the door -Insult the man -play the victim
